Capital Improvement Updates
- Improvements have been moving along quickly. We hope you are happy with the progress. We are looking forward to continued progress and the completion of the project!
- November 21st, 2009
- We are still waiting on the very busy PSE&G to begin installation of the decorative lights. As soon as we have word, we will updat you. They can replace approximately 4 per day. There are 32 in the district they will be installing. Once they are replaced, the old ones will be removed.
- VERY EXCITING-- On Monday morning, 15 conccrete planters will be delivered to Newark Avenue! Jogi Construction will begin installing them on Newark Avenue. Trees will be planted with appropriate weather and season.
- Monday is also the day that 50 new and shiny decorative trash receptacles will arrive and Jogi will begin installation.
- This is all VERY exciting for us. This initial improvement project has been in the works for many years. It is a great start. Please join us at the December meeting on December 8th, in the Council Caucus Room at City Hall to discuss plans for future improvements. We need all your help.
